Dr R.P. Rustagi was an esteemed Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He earned his M.Com. and M.Phil. (Accounting and Finance) from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and was a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He obtained his Doctorate from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
